Wow just wow. These knives are top shelf. I bought a paring knife last year and loved it then these sets came just in time because my WP knives wouldn’t hold an edge but these bad boys are the best.Razor sharp out of the beautiful box. I really liked the set, but with a few nits. The handles were heavy and comfortable to hold. The variety of the blades were great for our cooking needs and they look great. However, one of the knives, particularly the chopper, was not very sharp. Also, the paring knife had a curled tip; while it was small and had to be resharpened, it was a little disappointing.
Had a problem with a few orders but a fantastic customer service department handled everything perfectly.
Super sharp!! First use was cleaning up a brisket to smoke. It had a super thick fat-cap and I was using the Cimeter knife. with just a couple of thin cuts to go, I drew blood. I ordered some chain mail gloves for future use and cleaning the knives from here on out. 100% happy with the Knives. Good looking, sturdy and SHARP!
The rivets are not ground down smooth they stick up enough to cut your hand. I’ve told you this before, but then you won’t do anything about it.
