In Dec/25, I ordered the 5" Santoku for myself. I love it SO much, I bought 2 others for gifts. 1) The knife is well weighted, comfortable to hold, easy to use, sharp, sharp, sharp and beautiful to look at. 2) I know the recipients will love their Santoku as much as I love mine. 3) The packaging of the knife is amazing which is important if you are giving it as a gift. Very classy. 4) The customer service at Cutluxe is stellar. I had an issue regarding a return (of my own doing) and their response time immediate, polite and professional. I was very impressed with this aspect of the business. I have told many friends about the quality of the product and the superior after-sales responses. Thank you Cutluxe.

We received these Sample at our butcher shop. I was very happy with the weight of the knives and the sharpness and the way they hold an edge very easy to use and very easy to maintain great knives.
I haven’t used them yet but I expect they will be as good as my other Cutluxe knives.
Arrived earlier than expected and are super sharp from the start
I love the carved boning knife. It also cuts very easily and smooth.. My only complaint is that the cover doesn’t stay on.
I have not yet put the knives through a full test, but the feel is great. And I have to add that your customer service department is excellent. Thank you for all your help....Jim Wagner

Wow just wow. These knives are top shelf. I bought a paring knife last year and loved it then these sets came just in time because my WP knives wouldn’t hold an edge but these bad boys are the best.Razor sharp out of the beautiful box. Well balanced full tang. Slices bread like a razor. Thank you for your beautiful knives.

I really liked the set, but with a few nits. The handles were heavy and comfortable to hold. The variety of the blades were great for our cooking needs and they look great. However, one of the knives, particularly the chopper, was not very sharp. Also, the paring knife had a curled tip; while it was small and had to be resharpened, it was a little disappointing.
